I live in Georgia. Does anybody know any dealerships here that are accepting 1099 A’s?  If not, can you please provide me with any dealership information that is taking 1099 A’s for payment?

Go get Don Kilam's book, "Don Kilam's Secret Lender Car lot list for Secured Party Creditors," on amazon. It may help you find what you're looking for. It's just a list of car dealerships (with addresses) who supposedly help with getting a car with no money down and so forth. I'll list the ones for Georgia.

Asburyauto.com (770) 418-8200 - Ausbury automotive group
krausefamilyford.com (770) 649-5124 - Krause auto group
sutherlinnissan.com (678) 714-4069 - Sutherlin Automotive group

Hope this helps you! Unfailing Peace, Love, and Prosperity to you and yours!

Hello Jonathan,
No have not yet been able to purchase a car. I did buy the book from the forum that someone recommended by Don Kilam. I have contacted a few of them but no response to secured party creditor purchases.
Thank you for reaching out!
Grateful,

When the intended Trustee refuses to accept your 1099-A as your Tender-of-Payment, they are already discharging the debt as per UCC 3-603 (B) / Ohio Revised Code 1303.68 (B).  There is discharge so much so, that, to refuse a Tender-of-Payment, is equivalent to Impeding International Commerce.

This is when you can proceed with a Conditional Acceptance of their commercial dishonor.  Essentially, you are notifying the Secretary of the Treasury of their commercial dishonor / Impeding International Commerce, and also notifying the Internal Revenue as to his/her not acknowledging his/her gain, and hence, his/her choice to become a tax fugitive.

Yes, a commercial dishonor, and a refusal of a Tender-of-Payment are offers--and new offers at that.

'Hope this helps your "cool and collect" understanding.  There is no reason to fear any "money problems," once you know what C.H. taught us.  Thanks a million, Chris.  bernie.

They have an  fiduciary obligation to accept the 1099a as   payment  fill it out as C H shows, I believe that’s  the  only form you fill out the 1099oid,1096,and 1040v are to be filled out by the trustee,If they don’t there’s serious problems legally for them .
