Does anyone have any leads or advice on how to go about requesting the U.S Treasury to file a Ucc-1 lien security claim on your behalf? I've been in mortgage forbearance for 5 months and have attempted to pay for our home with a 1099-A. After several correspondence with our lender I finally have it in writing from them that they are refusing my payment.
