Is the UCC applicable to all UN member nations? If YES, does this mean that the 1099A and other forms filing as discussed by CH also applicable to said nations? Thank you.

Hi,as all countries are corporation,find your on Duns& Bradstreet, D-U-N-S nr is connected with UCC.I tried 2month ago with European SS(Personal Code) nr,sent 1099a ,and with trusted friend trying that trustee thing to treasury.will see what happens,haven't sent  back 1099 a- b

Hi Daniela,no reply. No forms returned,we got 2 cards back ,delivered to 1111 Constitution avenue,but card returned by IRS processing centre. That's it nothing else.
