I am trying to file a secuirty agreement, I pulled this form off the internet. I am using this UCC-1 form but it had these two numbers that are circled already in the form.  But I am not sure if these are generic for everyone to use or if I need to file something so that I have my own info in there. The second one has me more baffled because I am not sure what form of info starts with #RA. I would be most grateful if someone could actually help me with this so that I can get this filed.
