After sending out 3 Security Certificates, properly endorsed and the letters of Adequate Assurance and later, Notices of default, the banks are still insisting they will not accept this process. Now they are threatening to repo my vehicles. I have spoken to them on the phone and explained that these are NOT birth certificates, but Security Certificates and they need to be processed as such. I have reported the securities to the IRS on form 3949A. I am also processing the 1099s with the 1040, but they are going to take my vehicles by then. I can't be without transportation as I am disabled and need to get to Dr. appointments. I don't know what else to do.
